Paul Henderson | Chief Financial Officer

Paul Henderson is the Chief Financial Officer of Infobrij LLC, and is responsible for strategic planning and forecasting, financial accounting and analysis, system implementations, treasury, tax and corporate administration. Paul brings over 20 years of finance experience in the technology, real estate and online lending industries. Prior to Infobrij, Paul held various executive-level finance positions, including leadership in the areas of M&A due diligence, SEC reporting, fund accounting and administration, and investor relations and reporting. His background also includes Big Four public accounting and consulting experience in the U.S. and abroad. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.
