Mark Deems is General Counsel for Infobrij LLC, with oversight responsibility for all legal affairs of the company. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mark provides general strategic advice as well as legal expertise in the areas of platform design and implementation, commercial transactions, strategic planning, compliance and governance, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property. Mark brings over 20 years of experience as an executive and practicing legal professional with established domestic and international companies and startups worldwide. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
