Christina B. Yee, Esq.
Associate
Christina Yee is an associate with Law & Stein, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on probate litigation, and all of the intricacies involved with both prosecuting and defending trustees and beneficiaries. Both at her prior firm and presently at Law & Stein, LLP, Christina focuses on breaches of fiduciary obligations, trust accountings, will contests, and trust contests. Additionally, she assists both trustees and beneficiaries navigate the detailed requirements of trust administration.
In addition to wills and trusts litigation, Christina also practices general business litigation. Assisting corporations with contracts, employment matters and division of partnerships. Christina is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United State District Court for the Southern District of California.
Christina received her Juris doctor from Chapman University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California where she was a member of the Blackstonians Pre-Law Honor Society. She remains an active alumnae through scholarship fundraising and previously has served on the Board of the Society of Trojan Women and its predecessor organization Trojan Junior Auxiliary, a group founded in 1936.
Outside of the office you will find her enjoying dinner with friends, and spending fall weekends with her family at USC football games.
