We know investment and project development

At Infobrij we bring a big picture approach to every phase of the project, and our in-house team includes experts with decades of experience in both the development and investment sides of commercial real estate.

Real estate development and acquisitions are complex processes with a myriad of details to manage as well as deadlines and legal responsibilities to meet. With so many moving parts, there are numerous potential pitfalls that can arise at any point in the project — all of which can affect the bottom line. Our team supports developers and sponsors and helps them navigate potential obstacles, with the goal of keeping their projects on-time and on-budget.

On the investment side, President Glen Rich and his team have more than three decades of collective experience in both private and public real estate investment companies. Each project starts with an exhaustive background check and vetting process. This includes our in-house analysis of the project, including a market analysis, feasibility study, appraisal review and more.

After these standards are met, we pass the specifications on to one of our key partners — a leading national provider of financial due diligence — who will perform a comprehensive and independent study of their own to provide a second underwriting opinion. Why do we go to such lengths? Understanding the entire process from every angle is critical to achieving the potentially most successful outcomes.

Potential risk mitigation

Determining the right balance between risk and return is a constant challenge for investors. Generally, the greater the risk, the greater the return. Investments in commercial real estate typically involve higher risk than traditional investments, but also offer the benefit of potential higher returns.

At Infobrij, we are developing a program that may help investors with this challenge — the Capital Asset Protection Assurance Program™ (“CAP”). It is anticipated that certain projects presented on the Infobrij platform will qualify for CAP, with the intention of providing protection, in certain circumstances, of up to 80% of the capital invested.
