This award recognizes up-and-coming talent in the hedge fund industry nominated by their colleagues and industry peers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Lai is a Co-Portfolio Manager for Dalton\u2019s\nGreater China Long\/Short and Emerging Markets Strategies and a Senior Research\nAnalyst specializing in Asian equities.
