Jacob Ginzburg is the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel of Dalton Investments. Before joining Dalton, he gained extensive legal and compliance experience at Capital Group Companies, one of the world\u2019s oldest and largest investment management organizations.\u00a0 During his time at Capital, Jacob supported a wide range of Capital\u2019s offerings and investment management functions including institutional clients, wealth management business, exchange-traded funds, and derivatives trading.\u00a0\u00a0 Before developing his legal and compliance career, Jacob served as a software engineer and consultant at Capital, and other leading management and technology consulting firms \u2013 Capgemini and BearingPoint.<\/p>\n
Mr. Ginzburg earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, M.S. in Civil Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, and B.S. in Business Administration (Information Management Systems), magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.<\/p>\n
