Mr. Douglas is a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer and has more than 17 years of investment experience. Before joining Dalton, Mr. Douglas was a Senior Investment Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where he led the Emerging Markets Equity manager research team. In this role, Mr. Douglas was responsible for the team which researched and rated active Emerging Markets Equity strategies and helped to advise Willis Towers Watson\u2019s clients on the selection of best in class managers. He also led the manager research team\u2019s efforts in multi-manager equity portfolio construction. Mr. Douglas received a MEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London.
